We are a small family farm located between the base of Mount Macedon and the Woodend township.
We are extremely lucky to have the perfect location to grow premium quality garlic. We employ sustainable farming practices, that means crop rotation, natural fertilisers & herbicides.
Our crisp clean air and rich soil is what makes our garlic unique and packed full of flavour. Once you have tasted our farm fresh garlic you will be hooked.
So the question popped up, what do you do with all this garlic? well, we sell to the public through our farm shop, sell to cafe’s & restaurants. Fresh garlic, dried garlic flakes, dried garlic in grinder blends.
In 2017 we planted some great varieties which gave us a bounty of fresh veggies & fruits for 2018 like tomatoes both heirloom & gourmet varieties, zucchini’s, cabbage, varieties of potatoes like dutch creams, Sebago, Desiree’s, Nicola’s & we tried Ottway Reds & Ruby Reds, English spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, beans, peas, broccoli, cauliflower & then comes the fruit strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, plums, rhubarb.
In Late April early May we start planting our garlic.
All is available through our little farm shop.
